Robert's philosophy on food is

"Good food doesn't need to be complicated or expensive. We are only using fresh fish from sustainable stocks. Our vegetables are all sourced where possible locally, we also source the best artisan cheeses from within our shores, and Europe. My team at The Fire Stables are looking forward to cooking for you."
