Food is our passion...

Our award winning Head Chef, Robert Arnott, heralds from Australia.. He joined the team in the Autumn of 2009 bringing with him over 20 years worth of experience. After completing his apprenticeship at the Savoy Hotel, he learnt from Gary Holyhead and Marco Pierre White, working his way up through the line and being appointed as Head Chef.

Rob was Head Chef at The House in Islington, when they won Gastro Pub of the Year in 2004.

Rob's philosophy on food is "Good food doesn't need to be complicated or expensive. We are only using fresh fish from sustainable stocks. Our vegetables are all sourced locally, where possible. We also source the best artisan cheeses from within our shores, and Europe. The team at The Fire Stables and I are looking forward to preparing your meal."
